This week, a few of us from the Yea Peppercorn Hotel headed out of town to the Murrindindi Scenic Reserve to complete a 2 hour hike to Wilhemina Falls. Whilst it was a little wet and overcast the scenery was simply stunning and the hike got our heart rates pumping!
Whilst not a leisurely stroll to the top, the beginning of the walk along the river is lovely for those who don’t want a strenuous climb. For those with a good level of fitness and sturdy walking shoes, the lookout from the top is fantastic. The photos really don’t do it justice.
It felt so good getting out in the fresh air and back to nature – much needed time out from the rush of daily life.
