About the Hotel

The historic Yea Peppercorn Hotel is the ideal romantic getaway in Victoria. This Yarra Valley accommodation dates back to the 1860's and the warm rustic ambience of the old building has been lovingly restored - huge timber beams from a nearby bridge and exposed brick walls combine with big open fires to give you that unique country welcome upon arrival. Our hosts Tim and Jess will ensure your stay with us is relaxing and comfortable for your romantic getaway experience.

Our Yarra Valley accommodation includes luxuriously appointed suites which are furnished with all modern conveniences, including brand new ensuite bathrooms, and the upstairs verandah is available for the exclusive use of guests.

Downstairs, the Kelly Dining Room steps you back into another era with its old English oak tables, comfortable leather chairs and two open fireplaces. This Yarra Valley accommodation is located in cattle country, so why not indulge in one of our famous steaks, or an old fashioned roast. "Absolutely home made desserts" are the fare here, with our famous lemon tart and sticky date pudding - a real treat in front of the open fires.
